Shipping

Standard CBU items (Items with Standard Silver Numeric Decals) usually ship within 3 business days.

All 4C items and Custom CBU items (Items that have anything other than the standard decals option) usually ship within 2 to 3 weeks.

After an item is shipped please allow standard transit time for delivery.

Return Policy

We have a 10 day return policy on purchases. We will refund your order total, less our cost of shipping the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. There is a also a standard 30% restocking fee on all returned items.

Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Do not assemble or modify a product before returning it. If your order arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours and we will send replacement parts are replace the item.

Please keep in mind that custom products, or any mailbox with custom decals or engraving, are non-returnable. Certain other non-customized items that neither we nor our suppliers can take back may also be “Non Returnable.”
